NEET 2026 Official Information & Guidelines

  • Online Form Fill Up Dates: 08 February 2026 to 08 March 2026 (up to 09:00 P.M.)
  • Form Fill Up Guidelines: Applications must be submitted strictly online via the NTA website. You will need your Aadhaar Card (recommended for ID verification), 6-8 recent passport-size photos, and 4-6 postcard-size photos against a white background.
  • NEET 2026 Exam Date: 03 May 2026 (Sunday)
  • Exam Timing & Duration: 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM (180 Minutes / 3 Hours)
  • Exam Pattern & Syllabus: The paper will consist of 180 compulsory Multiple Choice Questions (Physics: 45, Chemistry: 45, Biology [Botany & Zoology]: 90) totaling 720 marks. The syllabus covers the updated NMC guidelines for Classes 11 and 12.
  • Cutoffs, Ranks & Colleges: To be eligible for undergraduate medical admission (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS), candidates must score a minimum of the 50th percentile (General/EWS), 40th percentile (SC/ST/OBC-NCL), or 45th percentile (Gen-PwBD). Your All India Rank (AIR) dictates counseling for the 15% All India Quota and 85% State Quota seats.
